Komponent R provides hands-on technical and project support to plastics manufacturers, with particular expertise in PVC processing, extrusion and industrial production projects.

We support manufacturers in:

• Process troubleshooting and optimisation – identifying production problems related to formulation, processing parameters, tooling and equipment.
• PVC formulation and additive selection – optimisation of stabilisers, lubricants, pigments, fillers and other functional additives according to the product and production process.
• Equipment and technology selection – defining technical requirements and selecting suitable extrusion, injection moulding and auxiliary equipment.
• Extrusion tooling and mould projects – technical coordination from product requirements and tooling specification through trials, corrections and production approval.
• Production expansion and modernisation – evaluation of existing equipment, capacity constraints and investment alternatives.
• New production projects – support from product concept and process definition through equipment sourcing, commissioning and production start-up.
• International supplier sourcing and coordination – technical and commercial coordination with specialised European and Asian manufacturers.

Our approach is based on the actual manufacturing process and required end product rather than simply supplying individual machines or materials.
