Oak Multi-Asset Special Fund
Relationship Manager at Faida Investment Bank
Nairobi, Kenya
About
Oak Multi-Asset Special Fund is a leveraged asset allocation fund managed by Faida Investment Bank and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kenya.
The Fund seeks to generate enhanced returns by allocating capital across a diversified range of asset classes and markets. These include Kenyan government securities, corporate bonds, certificates of deposit, cash equivalents, Kenyan equities and derivatives, as well as international equities, international bonds, online forex, CFDs and other derivatives.
The Fund has a target return of 20% per annum, although returns are not guaranteed and will vary depending on market conditions and investment performance. The use of derivatives and leverage provides the potential to enhance returns but also increases the level of investment risk.
The minimum initial investment is KES 500,000, with additional investments from KES 50,000. The minimum lock-in period is six months.
Oak is designed for investors seeking diversified exposure to multiple asset classes and who understand and are comfortable with the higher risks associated with leveraged and derivative-based strategies.
