Reeds Africa Consult and AGR Workforce are African HR and workforce solutions firms led by Monica Njenga-Wareham, CHRP-K, a certified HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in HR consulting, talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce development.

Reeds Africa Consult provides HR and workforce solutions across Africa, while AGR Workforce specializes in international recruitment and labour mobility, connecting qualified African talent with employers and recruitment partners in international markets.

Our approach combines recruitment expertise, technology, candidate networks, workforce development, and international partnerships to support effective and responsible workforce mobility.
