Asmi Strategy

Asmi Strategy is a Vienna-based consulting practice helping organisations translate ambition into strategy and execution, with a strong focus on responsible and sustainable growth. We support SMEs, NGOs and cultural or educational institutions in aligning strategy, governance and impact – especially when working with complex frameworks such as the EU AI Act, ESG requirements and data protection. Our services range from strategy development and strategic reviews to interim leadership, transformation programmes and strategic communication. Drawing on 20+ years of international experience, including living and working in African markets, we are particularly interested in partnerships that build long-term, equitable business cooperation between Austria and African countries.
