AHM Insights is an independent Moroccan audit, accounting and advisory firm (Audit – Tax – Advisory), founded and run by two chartered accountants, members of the Moroccan Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ordre des Experts-Comptables). Based in Fès with an office in Casablanca, the firm serves clients across Morocco: SMEs, groups, subsidiaries of multinationals and public entities.

The two partners combine international firm standards with hands-on corporate experience. Mohamed ABOUMEHDI HASSANI, Managing Partner, has over 19 years of experience, including 12 with a Top 10 global firm. Karim EL MEJDOUBI, partner in charge of Advisory, spent 14 years as Regional CFO of an austrian company (London-listed multinational) after 5 years as engagement manager with a Big Four firm. They lead a team of more than 10 permanent staff, including auditors and consultants.

• Audit and statutory audit: financial, operational, tax, social and legal audits; acquisition due diligence.

• Accounting and payroll: bookkeeping, accounting supervision, financial statements, periodic reporting, payroll outsourcing.
