HWC Aviation Group is an independent special mission integrator based in Vienna, Austria. We define, source, integrate and – where required – operate airborne special mission capability for governments and operators, independent of any aircraft manufacturer or system supplier.

We support aviation projects where technical, operational and commercial decisions intersect. Our role is to turn complexity into capability: we bridge the gap between governments, operators, manufacturers and system suppliers, and act as the single point of contact throughout the programme.

What we do:

• Consulting – platform strategy, mission architecture, procurement and programme execution.

• CONOPS – operational requirement analysis, mission profiles, platform and sensor selection.

• Integration – aircraft, sensors (EO/IR, radar, RF), mission systems, data links/SATCOM and ground stations as one mission-ready solution.

• Training – flight and mission crew training, mission systems, MRO support and SOPs.

• Operation – where required, complete operations for medevac, surveillance, border patrol, search & rescue and disaster response on rotor and fixed-wing platforms.

Typical missions: border surveillance, maritime security, search & rescue, counter-trafficking, illegal fishing, environmental monitoring, disaster response, mapping & survey.
