I combine two skill sets that rarely come together in one profile, institutional programme leadership and grassroots cultural organising, and I deliver both at execution level, not just strategy.

What I bring:

• Programme and project leadership across NGO, public sector, and social service contexts, including Board-level responsibility at Fondation La Grande, Senior Project Management for Sustainability and EMAS at Umweltbundesamt, and Executive Support at Obdach Wien

• Stakeholder and partnership management across diplomatic, institutional, and community actors, proven through building and sustaining Congo Week as a recurring, multi-year cultural event

• Speaking and moderation experience, presenting and facilitating public discourse on cultural identity, language, and political communication, comfortable engaging diplomatic, institutional, and community audiences alike

• Event conception and production, from programme design to on-site delivery

• Editorial and content strategy, producing original thought-leadership formats on language, discourse, and political communication

• Strong writing, reporting, and visual design skills, able to produce polished materials, flyers, and documentation independently

• Bilingual French/English working fluency, with additional Lingala, enabling direct engagement across diaspora, francophone, and international audiences

• A track record of turning ideas into structured, fundable projects, as shown by the LabHub and the African handicraft import initiative I am currently building
